HOW TO REPORT A STREET LIGHT NEEDING REPAIR –

EVERYONE CAN AND SHOULD DO IT………

Street light outages in Westover Park should NOT be reported to RealManage and a work order should not be prepared.  Instead, the resident should report these outages directly to the power company: Texas New Mexico Power 1-888-866-7456. Choose Option 4 and just report the street address closest to the pole that you are reporting.

WESTOVER PARK COMMUNITY POOL INFORMATION FOR 2011

 

• Pool opens weekends in May starting May 7th with weekend hours 11am to 8pm
  
• Wrist bands were issued with proper ID at the pool on the following schedule:
  Saturday 5/14 11am – 5pm; Saturday 5/21 1pm – 4pm; Friday 6/3 Noon – 2pm;
  Tuesday 6/7 11am – 1pm; Wednesday 6/8 11am – 1pm; Tuesday 6/14 11am – 1pm
  Wednesday 6/15 11am – 1pm
  
• If you registered at the pool during this schedule there was NO COST to receive your wrist bands. If you register at another time it must be through the mail with the management company and there is a $15 fulfillment cost.


• Memorial Day hours will be 11am to 8pm
  
• Pool opens full time starting Friday, June 3rd 11am to 8pm
  
• Pool is closed on Mondays for maintenance except Memorial Day and Labor Day holidays and then it will close the following Tuesdays for maintenance
  
• 2011 Westover Park wristbands will be required for admittance starting on Saturday May 28th.
  
• Only kids who have to be with an adult to swim will not be required to have a wrist band for admittance. Guests do not have wrist bands.
  
• Guests are limited to 4 per household to keep from over crowding the facility
  
• Your assessments must be paid in full, you must have a driver’s license or lease agreement with your name and a Westover Park address and your Wrist Band Pool Access form completed and brought with you to registration. No assessment payments accepted at the registration times at the community pool.
  
• Anyone who gives a wristband to a non-resident and is caught will be expelled from the pool

If you have not paid your assessments by now you are seriously delinquent.  Also several folks mailed thier payments (some through their banks) to the prior manangement company and thus payments were not received on time.  The assessment statement had the correct mailing address so it is the homeowner's responsibility to update your banking information or however else you pay your bills to insure your payment gets sent to the correct address.  If your assessment is not paid you will incur late fees and finance charges and eventually legal fees and will not have access to the pool this summer.

There are no motorized vehicles of any type permitted on any common areas within the community.  We have received several complaints of late about this.  It is a safety issue and a nuisance to others who are walking or jogging and trying to enjoy the neighborhood.

If you want to help stream line the process and cut down on mail time we are wanting to get some volunteers who would man a distribtuion table on a predetermined schedule this spring and early summer to distribute pool wrist bands (new ones each year) at the community rec center.  If anyone is interested, please email service@realmanage.com and reference Pool Volunteer.

You cannot store your vehicle in the street or your driveway.  It must be driven, currently licensed and operable.  If you are working on your vehicle, just simple stuff like changing a tire or an oil change, be considerate of your neighbors and do it in your driveway or in the street in front of your house and not in front of someone else's house please

Don't forget to bad and tie or weight down the paper in your recycling bins.

Please mail your application to P. O. box 1416  LaPorte, TX 77572 along with a $!5 check payable to RealManage.  The application cannot be processed until the check is received.  The application form is on the Resident Portal at www.realmanage.com and yes, the fee wnet up from $10 to $15.  If you email your application or fax it, it will be put in pending till the check is received.
